Fred L. Hall was born in Flint, Michigan, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts, Masters of Science, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri- Columbia.

Fred has spent his entire legal career in Springfield, Missouri, providing his clients with legal services in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, probate and trust administration, and business and corporate law. Fred has received an AV Rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest peer review rating awarded to attorneys. He is also a former professor of tax and business law at Drury University.

Fred is married and has three adult children. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing and is an avid University of Missouri-Columbia sports fan.
