Adam P. Pihana was born in Frankfurt, Germany while his father was stationed at Rhein Mein Air Force base in, what was then, West Germany .  Growing up with a parent in the military allowed him to travel to and live in Germany, twice, Hawaii, Japan, Kansas, Virginia, and Florida .  After graduating from high school in Niceville, Florida, Adam obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida .  While an undergraduate at Central Florida, Adam was a National Collegiate Scholar and served as the Treasurer, Scholarship Chair, and Membership Educator of the Eta Rho Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.  Since his father was a native Missourian, Adam attended Law School at the University of Missouri-Columbia.  During his time at the University of Missouri , Adam served on the Missouri Law Review, served as Clerk and Social Chairman for Phi Alpha Delta, and participated in the Criminal Prosecution Clinic.  Adam received his juris doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007.

Adam is licensed to practice law in Missouri and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri .

Personal:
Adam is married to Victoria Pihana.  Adam enjoys sports and staying active outdoors and is a volunteer Big Brother with Big Brothers and Sisters of the Ozarks.
