Pat Sweeney is a native of Springfield, Missouri. He graduated with honors from Southwest Missouri State University in 1980 with double majors in Accounting and General Business. In 1983, he graduated from the University of Missouri - School of Law focusing upon the areas of estate planning and taxation. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Missouri, the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri, and United States Tax Court. Pat has practiced law in Springfield his entire career.
His primary area of practice is estate planning and elder law, including probate and trust administration and litigation.
Personal:
Pat is blessed with four wonderful daughters and his loving wife, Rena Sweeney, since 1991. After family and professional obligations, Pat enjoys golfing, bicycling, and canoeing the Ozark's waterways.
