Fred L. Hall was born in Flint, Michigan, August 9, 1927. He obtained his prepatory and legal education from the University of Missouri, Columbia. (B.A. 1955; M.S. 1959; J.D. 1958). He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1958, and is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, United States Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Hall has spent his entire legal career in Springfield, Missouri providing his clients with legal services in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, probate and trust administration, and business and corporate law. During his legal career, he has written and published many articles, including but not limited to, Sole Shareholder Incorporation Missouri The Tax Consequences and Gentlemen, Farmer and Real Estate Investors Beware (Missouri Bar Journal). He has also served on various professional committees in the areas of estate and tax planning. (Missouri Bar Association Committee on Drafting Wills and Trusts; Tax Section (former chairman); and Probate & Trust Law Section (former chairman). Mr. Hall is also a former professor of tax and business law at Drury University.
Personal: Mr. Hall is married and has three children. In his leisure time he enjoys fishing and is an avid University of Missouri Tiger sports fan.
