Lynn Rodgers was born in Warrensburg, Missouri in 1952. Mr. Rodgers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University in 1974. Upon graduation from Law School at the University of Missouri in 1978, he moved to Springfield, and has been in practice here since that time. After practicing law and becoming a partner in a local firm, he became a founding partner in this firm when it was formed in 1986.

Mr. Rodgers defends individuals and businesses in the areas of personal injury, real estate and commercial litigation. A majority of his practice focuses on commercial trucking accidents.  He represents the interests of trucking companies or their insurers.  He is an instrument-rated, private pilot, who uses his personal airplane extensively in his practice to handle cases all over the state.

Personal:
Mr. Rodgers is married and has five children. His wife, Cinda, is also a licensed private pilot and is a Certified Public Accountant. In his leisure time, he enjoys golf, skiing, canoeing, swimming and other water sports, as well as reading, theater and the arts.
