Fred L. Hall — Attorney Fred Hall is the author of numerous articles on estate planning, business and tax issues. He is now entering his 50th year as a member of the Missouri Bar Association.

David W. Ansley — A lifelong resident of the area and past President of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, Mr. Ansley has over 30 years of experience and concentrates on medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death.

Lynn C. Rodgers — Lynn Rodgers is a member of the Defense Research Institute and has focused his practice for 30 years on trucking accidents, personal injury, real estate and commercial concerns.

D. Patrick Sweeney — A Springfield native and 1983 graduate of the University of Missouri Law School, Mr. Sweeney's practice is focused on tax issues, estate planning and elder law, including probate and trust administration and litigation.

Michael P. Mergen — A past recipient of the Equal Access to Justice Award for outstanding service to the clients of Legal Aid, Mike Mergen has spent the majority of his 20-year career representing injured workers and those victimized by the negligence of others.

Deborah K. Dodge — A 2001 recipient of the David J. Dixon Appellate Advocacy Award, Deborah Dodge has spent the majority of her 15-year career handling cases involving medical negligence, serious personal injuries and wrongful deaths.

Benjamin A. Stringer — An experienced trial lawyer, Ben Stringer concentrates on claims involving personal injury, medical and nursing home negligence, product defects, employment discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

Steven J. Blair — Steven Blair has been with our law firm since June 2003, practicing in the areas of real estate litigation and transaction, estate planning/probate litigation, and personal injury.

Donald E. Woody — Donald Woody graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1973 in the top 10 percent of his class. He has been a trial lawyer his entire career and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and business litigation matters. He has authored and lectured on numerous trial practice topics for state and local trial lawyer organizations.

Adam Pihana - Adam attended Law School at the University of Missouri-Columbia. During his time at the University of Missouri , Adam served on the Missouri Law Review, served as Clerk and Social Chairman for Phi Alpha Delta, and participated in the Criminal Prosecution Clinic. Adam received his juris doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007.
