Under the Missouri Human Rights Act and the ADA, it is illegal for an employer to discriminate against you because of a disability. Pursuing a case for disability discrimination is different than other types of cases. How the Charge is completed may affect who the employee can sue; where they can sue; as well as the compensation they may be eligible to receive.
