Under the Missouri Human Rights Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it is illegal for an employer to discriminate against you because of your gender.

The gender discrimination suit process can be complicated. It may be extremely beneficial to have someone fighting for you through the complaint process and in your lawsuit. How the Charge is completed may affect who the employee can sue; where they can sue; as well as the compensation they may be eligible to receive.
