Why do women face more workplace discrimination than men?

Discrimination against women remains a serious issue in today’s workplace. Despite progress toward gender equality, many women encounter unfair treatment, which affects their job satisfaction and career growth.

Understanding gender discrimination in the workplace

Gender discrimination happens when an employee is treated unfairly because of their gender. Women may face unequal opportunities in hiring, promotions, pay, and workplace treatment.
